the location was very central. i had close access to shops and transport. the staff were also friendly. they helped me book a bus to an attraction.

the hotel room faced a club. there was very loud music playing until late each night. earplugs were available in the room but did not block all the noise. the noise seriously impacted my sleep.

This hotel sits perfectly in the city's heart, providing access to shops and dining. The lobby cat added a touch of warmth. Melissa, a staff member, rescheduled a tour when we missed it. Her support was fantastic. The hotel's location shone.

I noticed the absence of a fridge in my room. This meant keeping drinks cold was impossible. This was a small but noticeable inconvenience.

The double room had ample space, a comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking the city. This room included blackout curtains for restful nights and a modern television set. A nice balcony offered fresh air.

The location was amazing. It was close to everything i needed. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the room lacked a kettle for making tea, a shame. the mugs and glasses in the room seemed not very clean, even after i left a sign on the door requesting cleaning.
